Instead of a traditional restaurant with a menu, we offer a buffet for

breakfast, lunch and dinner, made up of tasty, fresh vegetarian meals.

And of course, you may accompany your meal with some carefully selected

natural Georgian wines, if you wish...

Every morning our guests can expect a freshly prepared breakfast consisting of fried eggs or omelette and a hearty porridge, laden with fruits and nuts.

If you enjoy something cold, you can find granola, fresh dairy products from our neighbours, homemade jams, village honey, a selection of pastries and cheeses, as well as seasonal fruits - all accompanied with a freshly brewed coffee or fine Gurian tea of your choice.

If you are not going to the beach or mountains, you are welcome to have lunch with us.

Your vegetarian lunch buffet will consist of soup (cold or hot depending on the season), salad prepared from local vegetables collected either in our garden or bought from a village market and a delicious main dish (we often cook Indian, Iranian, Georgian dishes - it depends which country our Chef is from on this day!)

Our dinner menu changes daily, based on available local ingredients and the nationality of the Chef that day. So we can not say what it will be exactly but we can guarantee a tasty, filling spread - at least 5 different dishes are served on average per dinner!
